That sounds about right. I didn't immediately recognise it as such since the modules
for my 3174 are a different style. But yes - that is likely correct. Here's a listing
for one on eBay to compare against.

No idea, because that's not a valid URL -- it has no TLD -- and you

I don't think it's anything high temperature; the ICs look like plain
plastic cased commercial temperature range parts.? Why they are packaged
like that is a puzzle.
