If you are talking 1960's I think the real answer is "not much".
SAGE vector displays were available in the 1950s.
TX-2 on which Ivan Sutherland did his Sketchpad PhD thesis was 1963.
Tektronix 4002 was 1969; prior to that people were using Tektronix 611
storage tube displays with DEC equipment and other mini/mainframe
equipment.
There were also custom displays. E&S LDS-1 shipped in 1969, just
barely making it as a deliverable in the 1960s.

I'm sure there are many more, but my most easily accessible sources
