This is 100% true of course,
I thought that with CSS, *you* could override the site's decisions
and superimpoose your will?
Without CSS I do
<TR ALIGN=LEFT> <TH COLSPAN=2 BGCOLOR="D2B48C">
(lots of times) and you don't get much choice.
Although, if you're on lynx, does it make much difference either way?
