This confirms what I expected - the 467 emulates a specific model of
Tektronix terminal, the 4027 (with B&W support for the 4010/4014), but
it has its own entry because it's not a 100% clone.

terminfo/termcap doesn't support graphics at all. Generally you used
some sort of graphics library like GKS or PHIGS which came with a
driver for your terminal type. In DEC GKS it is possible to add
support for your own terminal types by writing such a driver and
configuring GKS to use it.
In traditional unix the 'plot' command with a suitable -T argument
value could be used to generate plots with the appropriate ESC
sequences for a particular terminal type.
