Not sure about the RS-422/Novell part of it, but yes Televideo did
make a number of CP/M machines. The TS-803 is interesting because it
was one of the few CP/M machines to come with graphics out of the box.
Plus it has a cool looking case! You can see one on the top shelf
left-hand side of this picture:
