Judging from what I've seen in the way of Dremel hack-work on sheet
metal, I'd recommend the addition of an inexpensive (ca. $10) hand
nibbler for sheet metal. It makes very nice looking holes.
The last time I checked, you could get one from Micro Mark, Radio Shack
