information is only stored electronically, those who cannot afford
electronics are disenfranchised with respect to that information.
I do not know how it is out by you, but here out East, even a bum can
use the computers to get on the net at the library.

I think in this day and age digital copies of anything are quicker and
easier to find and acquire then anything on paper (and you can print them
out once you have it). Digital copies have the same issues as online content
while printed copies have the same issues as archives do. You need to be
able to transfer content digitally and still have some media for long term
archives after the content is no longer interesting to the masses (so it
will not be found on the internet anymore).
