If anyone happens to have any Model II/12/16/6000 TRSDOS images that
could be made available, it would help with my continued
reverse-engineering efforts. Images of virgin TRSDOS distribution
disks are preferred. I'm especially interested in TRSDOS-1.0 and 1.1,
and TRSDOS-II 4.x.

If you're interested, I can image any of your 8" floppies for you. I'm
interested in pretty much anything for the Model II and family, though my
most immediate interest is various versions of TRSDOS itself. I've
reverse-engineered portions of 1.2 and 2.0. The incompatible change to the
disk format in 2.0 seems really silly, though I guess it must have seemed
like a good idea at the time. I'm interested in seeing what they did to it
in 4.x.

It's a shame that that's necessary! I remember at one point RS was offering
the source code to Model II TRSDOS for something like $500, which seemed like
a lot at the time but in retrospect it really wasn't. I'm surprised *someone*
doesn't have a copy tucked away. I'd love to see what you've figured out
though -- are you writing any of it up?
(My only TRSDOS is V2.0a which it sounds like you have covered.)

I wasn't planning to write anything up, but maybe I should. I was
considering putting my reverse-engineered "source" files on a web page
or in a publicly accessible repository.

These were written only as notes to myself, so I don't claim that they
