I picked up a UMAX Astra 2400S scanner with sheetfeeder for free. While the unit itself is not classic by any means, it is extremely well supported by Linux and I'm now able to do batch scanning of classic computer documentation :-). Would appreciate suggestions on application software and techniques, since I know that some folks on the list have considerable experience in this field. Also wondering if there is a "wish list" being kept for items that folks need. Steve --
