Does anybody know exactly how Gary's name was spelled? I've found it
spelled both as Kildall and Kidall.

He used to spell it Kildall.
Parade magazine (sunday paper supplement) listed him as most important
person for personal computers. I'm glad that they didn't pick billg!

Wow, that's actually impressive. Usually those sorts of Important
tags to to the richest/most visible. Sounds like someone actually
knew something.
(Acknowledgeing if course that picking "the" most important
etc in any field is actually a fool's task, but what the hey,
