So it turns out that I have a copy of the "PDP-11 MACRO-11 Assembler Program Manual" (DEC-11-OMACA-A-D). I see that Manx says no copies of this are online: http://manx.classiccmp.org/details.php/1,4416 Alas, I don't have a page-feeder scanner, and it looks to be well over 100 pages; a bit much to feed by hand.
