Honestly, the easiest thing to do is probably to throw
one of the small
board computers at being a packet filter, though.
At that point, I'll probably just switch to a linux box, a couple of USB
hubs and a bunch of USB<>serial dongles. Somebody has probably already
written a generic POSIX terminal server program... if not, I can hack one
up myself.
What model do you have?
MicroAnnex XL. 8 serial ports, I can't quite get to it to look at the
label on the back to get the exact model number. In addition to 10baseT,
I think it has thickwire.
