Am I the only person who has had trouble subscribing to the list?
I've attempted a couple of times over the last couple of weeks
to subscribe another email address with no success. I don't know
if the moderators are just backed up, or if the requests are getting
black-holed.

You're not the only one. Joe Rigdon, an old timer here has tried for
months to get back on the list....

I can't get back on with my new Email either. Been trying since May 23rd

months to get back on the list....

It took me a while to get back on. I had intended to unsub from
cctech and resub to cctalk. The former took a moment, the latter
almost two months. The Mailman subscription control interface was
broken for a long time, and may still be.
