Got me another harddisk, also an old Connor, not sure if it works but can't seem to find anything like a working DOS floppy with a FDISK.EXE which allows the removal of non-DOS partitions. A quick search for "remove non dos partition debug" should find an easy way to wipe the partition table using the MSDOS Debug command.
