Any guesses on how Golan v. Holder will turn out? My guess is that
the Supreme Court will decree that US treaties trump the US
Constitution, as has been the case with most WTO-related rulings.
I don't know if the issue of "restored copyright" affects any
computer materials from the old Soviet Union, but it's possible--and
something to bear in mind.
