To push the pin far enough out, the "pusher" is going to have to
project a certain distance into the hole in the board. Simply
pushing the slight projection of the collar so it's flush with the
wiring side surface of the board simply isn't sufficient to get the
pin out. I can take photos if you're curious. A wire wrap gun bit
(only, not the sleeve) is in the 1/8" OD range and it's way too big.
