you can get some specs and datasheets there. My guess is that you will only
really be able to figure out what that board does by disassembling the
ROM...
Hey, FPGA chips.... its probably a good bet that the ROM is a circuit
configuration boot-up ROM that loads the FPGAs with logic on powerup.
If so, you could probably dump out the ROM and reverse engineer the
circuit :-).
