sell to move it outta there :-).
Not in my experience at least. Maybe it's random chance, but for example
there was something there I wanted to bid on about 30 days ago. I spaced out
and missed the auction, no one bid. It hasn't been relisted. I dunno.
Any chance it was bundled with something else? It could vary based on
the base, but this is what the person at Hill AFB told me they do with
unsold lots.
