My friends and I are restoring a PDP-12. It is in
quite good condition but
we are hunting down some errors in the CPU. We have engineering drawings but
we would like to manufacture a new flip chip, M161 to be specific, That
would be simpler and more "authentic" if there was layouts available.
Was there ever layouts published? Or has somebody taken it upon the to scan
circuitboards?
Or you could just find and purchase an M161, and save a lot of time
and bother. They pop up on Ebay every so often.
