If you'll settle for a used analog scope, you might look for a
Tektronix 465, which was a very good two-channel 100 MHz scope.
I've never been happy with any of the cheap digital scopes. The good
digital scopes tend to be rather pricey, even used.
You can also get the digital-to-analog scope storage converters from
eBay or other sources. I have one at the shop that I bought a few
years ago - think it was made by B&K - and it interfaces between the
signal and the scope and will store up to several seconds or more
depending on the clock rate (AIR).
I can check on Tuesday if you can't find a reference to the device
before then...

OK, the device was made by B&K and is a model 2501 Digital Storage
Adapter. Two channels, from 20us up to 40 sec. time/div, and from 5mv to
5V/div amplitude.
I've got a Tek 465 and have only used the 2501 once, but then I'm not
fixing old computers usually, rather we service microprocessor
controlled arcade games...
