Interesting. I remember learning about the processes DEC used. No fancy machines, just a
flat plate jig with slots to hold the cores in their correct position, and nimble-fingered
Oriental ladies to thread the wire through the core planes by hand. Seemed sensible to
me; that is the process I was thinking about for this case.
