I have one 11/03, but AFAIK (I'm at work now) there is no switch
on the front panel of the 03 to control on/off.
There should be, on all BA11-M, BA11-M, and BA11-S boxes (except some
expansion boxes that have no LED/switch panel at all) though depending
on the box, it may be labelled LTC or AUX.
