Nope, they do it themselves. The ground service was created when they
acquired RPS.
I haven't found them to be particularly less reliable than their
competitors. All of them will damage things that aren't packed
sufficiently well. This means that it has to be packed with the
expectation that it will be dropped from five feet onto concrete,
repeatedly, left in the rain, had a forklift fork poked into it, etc.
Usually the only way to get things packaged sufficiently well is to do
it yourself, based on your past experience with things getting broken.
