Since the process to subscribe to the listserver is:
Send a message to listproc(a)u.washington.edu with the line
subscribe CLASSICCMP your-address
in the body of the message.
I suspect the process to unsubscribe would be the same except to substitute
"unsubscribe" for the word "subscribe" in the above message.
