I'm planning on constructing a PDP-11 S-100 card and intend to use the F-11
chipset. However, I've yet to find any decent information on the F-11, or
the J-11 for that matter. Does anyone have the pinout information, or any
other good design info?
Having the MMU pinout might be helpful as well.
My first suggestion would be to look at some of the printsets for
machines that used said chips.
I Am prtty sure the Pro380 printset is on Bitsavers, that would give you
the J11 pinout (and you migth be able to work out the signals from the
surrounding circuitry),
I think there's an 11/23 pritnset there as well, which would give you all
the F11 chipset pinouts and the Qbus interface scheamtic. Since Qbus is
reasoanbly well docuemtned, that might be enough to do a design.
