Sorry. I did see the UW-M version, but I could not figure out how to
build it (which is due to my
own ignorance). Does it contain all the sources needed to rebuild from
scratch? I thought something
was missing (but I may well be wrong).
John's sources were close by still contained some typos and missing
code. In order to get the output
to match the binaries on his disks, we needed to make some changes and
add some missing parts.
What I have now both matches his binary disk and builds cleanly for the 8/I.
