Apple and potato peeling lathes were commonplace a century ago.
Doesn't really need Bridgeport accuracy.
C: You're not going to get Bridgeport accuracy regardless, cuz BP never made a lathe.
But the question remains why is Myford accuracy necessary in the kitchen??? Alright forget
