In Win8 there
is a whole new programming model for creating apps with
the new interface, which will coexist with the existing "desktop"
interface. Win32 and .NET are effectively deprecated from Win8 on.
It's a very big deal in the PC world. A preview release has been
available since the MICROS~1 "BUILD" conference, about a week ago.
I want to see *precisely* where MS said that Win32 and .Net are being
deprecated. I'm calling shennanigans.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical
minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which
holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd
by the clean end.
