Yes it is, but it has a bizarro round connector with an orientation
bar across the bottom. One could steal the mating connector from a
Bus Mouse ISA card, or replace the cable. Inside, though, it's like
all of its other quadrature-emitting kin.
I took the easy way out and grafted another cable into it. The mouse was
designed to plug into an inline converter or some sort originally.
