Actually, what's list wisdom when it comes to PCB
traces that are no
longer
serviceable due to too much corrosion? Do people normally just run wires
to
jump the damaged points, or is there some sort of magic stuff for
re-drawing
PCB traces?
Tinned wire. I'm sorry I don't have photos online - will look for that
tonight - but the routine is:
- clean everything with (white!) vinegar
- Clean the vinegar with isoprophil alchool
- Clean the mess with scratch pad or dremel with wire disc
- Reconnect the traces with tinned wire
Always works? :oD
