this yourself if
you value your health and the confidentiality of your medical
records... then express your concerns to your physician.
Sheesh, my doctor after about 6 years still hasn't managed to get my
records out of off site storage. I personally have no concern over my,
rather abysmal, medical information getting into the wrong hands. Just
treat the information like "evidence" is treated now, if it doesn't come
via some due process it can't be legally used.
