If you don't mind the asking, why that particular card? It can't be for
the utility--1K isn't enough to do much in. You could always wire one
up yourself--I think Andrew did some S100 prototype cards. Like a lot
of other folks, I have a barrel of 2Kx8 SRAMs here.
