There you go, that might be the "in" that I wasn't aware of? The process
isn't always very well documented, which is fair, I guess, being that it's
all for hobbyist use, being administered in someone's spare time. I just
wanted to get my VAXes running, easier to get someone to take notice when
you put down $50, I guess ;)

Curious. I signed up with DECUServe primarily because Encompass seemed
to be moribund when I did the signup (couldn't even connect to the HTTP
server). As far as I know, it's still free, and their VAX Notes list on
EISNER is a nice resource (albeit one I only poll every few months).
