It's despicable. It is exactly because of these fan forums and sites that
Atari even has any fans in 2011. And to slap the hand of the people who make
your brand viable takes balls and effrontery that is unmatched.
If that was my site, it would only be coming down after a ruling from a
judge with jurisdiction over me.
