If you'll settle for a used analog scope, you might look for a
Tektronix 465, which was a very good two-channel 100 MHz scope.
I've never been happy with any of the cheap digital scopes. The good
digital scopes tend to be rather pricey, even used.
You can also get the digital-to-analog scope storage converters from
eBay or other sources. I have one at the shop that I bought a few years
ago - think it was made by B&K - and it interfaces between the signal
and the scope and will store up to several seconds or more depending on
the clock rate (AIR).
I can check on Tuesday if you can't find a reference to the device
before then...
