Odd escape sequences?

Hi! Do you remember the Z80 based machine I spoke about, some time ago? Well, I connect to with Putty, and I noticed that the first character of the output is missing. I'll explain better with an example. With putty, they cancel the first char or scramble the output. Other sequences are well accepted. Can you help me?
