More to the point, after Gov. Barnes testified for 3 hours against a
former DOAS official for being too cozy with an Easysoft rep., and she
lost her suit for enhanced pension benefits, you'd probably get laughed
right out the door of any state employee's office you approached with a
kickback. Maybe with a foot somewhere on your person, mind you.
