'PS/2 connector' they'd wonder what on earth you meant. a '6 pin
mini-DIN' on the other hand...
OK, fair call, true, but *in context* there are 3 or maybe 4 PC
keyboard interfaces: PC/AT, PS/2 and USB. As you say, occasionally,
companies have used nonstandard or proprietary connectors, but the
above cover 99.9% of PCs, I reckon.
And I seem to rememebr that PS/2 was an IBM trade
mark.
Probably, yes, but one that in this context they didn't defend, AFAIK.
