David Conroy (dgcx at mike alpha charlie dot charlie oscar mike) built a full working KA10
with ITS paging, and called it the PDP-10/X. You might want to email him.
Unfortunately, all the information was hosted on
homepage.mac.com, and Apple discontinued
that service earlier this year. I know of no mirror :(
