Was there ever an implementation of the old ARPANET protocols on a PDP-11
or VAX Unix?
Not that I know of. There was an implementation running on a non-Unix
capabilities-list operating system at LLL called, IIRC, RATS/RISOS that
I believe had such an implementation. Everything else I came in contact
with had VDH IMP interfaces.
