If it is a virus bait site for these well meaning "free" archives, that is
precisely why there needs to be authorized archives and not just anyone who feels like it.
Why? What does "authorized" have to do with the integrity of the data?
If you want data with integrity, apply an integrity mechanism. That's why digital
signatures were invented.
