GFCI outlet "no equipment ground". It also has to be marked "GFCI
protected", but that marking should be present when you purchase the
outlet.
Yes, but if you're passing a standard outlet through a
GFCI outlet (which gives the same protection to the
downstream outlet), they aren't marked. The GFCI
outlets I just installed in my basement came with a page
of stickers with both the "GFCI protected" and "no
equipment ground" messages.
