Only one year left on the lease, then it's time to look for a bigger
place, probably NOT in the Bay Area. I can't afford to buy here ($80,000
for a 20% down payment? No thanks) and rents are sky high ($2800/month
and up for a house), so it's time to get out of Dodge.

Yeah, it's a bit, erm, "busy" over there. I took some lab pics at the
request of a friend yesterday...I sent them to the hecnet list, I may as
well share them here as well.
