The method I use for RL02 packs (not sure if similar), is:
- remove platter from pack
- rinse it down with tap water
- apply some Simple Green to a microfiber cloth
- wipe the entire platter with that cloth
- rinse by wiping with a 2nd cloth wet with distilled water
- let dry 24 hours
