This demonstrates a technique to repair screen rot on a vintage
television set.

Nekochan.net's blog reports that he used the technique on an ADM-3A:

I hadn't seen this mentioned here before and screen rot problems have
come up often in discussions of vintage terminals. He uses a heat gun
to separate the layers instead of a nichrome wire as has been
discussed here previously. I would feel much more comfortable with a
heat gun than with a heated wire!
