That seems to support my feeling that the price is driven more by
desirability of collectors than rarity. On the other hand that means
you can cheaply acquire rare items that are outside the collector
spotlight. Weird early S-100 bus based machines come to mind. It
seems that you can pick those up fairly cheaply compared to "brand
name" systems like Cromemco or SWTPC.
