I drop off my packages at Fed-Ex and UPS at the terminal.
This is one of the reasons I love Forward Air for shipping large
fragile items. Pallets and vinyl strapping are dirt cheap and
dock-to-dock shipping bypasses almost all of the carrier's chances to
break something.
