No, has to be on a web page so you can cite the stupid reference on
Wikipedia. Books and actual knowledge don't count there.
No, no, no. It has have been discussed in its own book (a couple of pages
or a chapter isn't good enough) before it is considered "notable" enough
to be covered on Wikipedia. (Yes, this is the view some of the newer
"trolls" are trying to push, especially within computing/software, and it
is /highly/ disruptive.) The only way to fix this though is for large
numbers of people to become involved and push for change to the system.
