There's a Processor Technology 4K SRAM board with 1975 date codes on the

It's 120$ though, which (shockingly) seems to be the median price for S100
boards on ebay.
I saw those Processor Tech. boards as well, but took a pass.. cash for this
kind of thing is -tight- and I'm just going to hold out for the part I
want.. MITS 1K or 4K.
And yes, while the prices are pretty silly-high for S100 RAM boards, they
don't seem to actually sell for those prices all that often. As an
anecdote, the guy who sold me the CCS 16K SRAM board said he's sold a few
dozen S100 boards in the last year or so, and mine was among the last he
had.
That board cost $30 including USPS Priority 2-Day and it's in +mint+ shape,
and apparently full working order.
If he has that much experience selling these items, and was happy to take
$30 for one, I think that says something about the actual fair-market
value.. as ever, there's no shortage of dreamers with dollar signs in their
eyes on eBay.
