I don't know if this is a good idea - remember, there are some
mails (at least once a month) of people that don't subscribe, but
rather offer something to subscribers (like 'Get my old junky
Altair Serial number 0000001, I wil pay $$$ to have it removed').
Restricting this list would only avoide this - and mails like
the laught spam are rare - in fact thats the first I remember.
